The Diana Chronicles by Tina Brown

It's another Diana book written by a 'very close friend' of hers. Diana has been dead ten years and I know usually stories are retold over and over again about people who we all, ordinary humans, could learn something deep, something eternal about. I don't know what to say but I can't believe we have already not learnt enough from Diana, the Princess of Wales. This book looks like it tries to create a new person altogether. It looks like it is the fantasy of a writer who desperately wants to create an intriguing character from nothing...or nobody?
